A RESORT POOLŪ can usually be installed at your home within 2 to 3 days, as our Resort PoolŪ Certified Builders only work one project at a time from start to finish.

Our quality Resort PoolsŪ require minimal service. In the event of an atypical problem, The Pool Man has service staff available even during the off-season. We are available for new builds, pool moves, additions or changes that you may desire.

Step 1: The Foundation – The pool structure is only as sound as its foundation. The ground is first leveled. We then assemble, square and level the massive solid extruded aluminum bottom channels. These constructions are long single extruded lengths.

Structural members are now pre-assembled and the ground is now prepared for the installation of the lower portion of Dual main drain portion of our Dual Filtration system. Then the ground is prepared for the bottom drains.

Step 2: The A-frame braces, wall supports and the massive extruded aluminum top channel are now systematically installed with the 4' x 4' Aluminum clad corrugated resin walls. The Resort PoolsŪ Space-age, Lifetime Warranty water walls are state-of-the-art technology designed for installation environments around the country. The pool liner can be installed next and fill water can be started.

Step 3: The interlocking extruded aluminum decking, outside aluminum deck apron and safety fence posts may be installed. Extruded Aluminum Safety fence sections with our safety added Top Handrails add the stability you need are then leveled and installed.

Step 4: The Commercial Quality Sta-Rite Mod-media filter or Sta-rite 200 Lb sand filter with 1-1/2 HP pump is set-up and plumbed into the pool circulation 1-1/2 inch schedule-40 PVC Flex-lines with flow control valve and automatic chlorine generator or mineral purification system of your choice. The pool liner is now installed and filling! Once there is about a foot of water in the pool, the Dual main drains, top in-wall skimmer and return inlet openings may be cut-in.

Step 5: Assemble and install the lock-up safety ladder and in-pool ladder. Once the pool is filled with water, it is time to Enjoy your new Pool! Complete operations and care introductions will be given to all new Resort PoolŪ. owners by our Certified Builders.
